  • Depending on stock levels, all our new, reproduction cast iron radiator styles are subject to a four-week delivery timescale from the point of order. Upon enquiry, we can advise you of the potential delivery date. We are always happy to update you on the status of your order should you require it.

Remember - Cast Iron radiators are very heavy! You must plan ahead and have the appropriate assistance to help you move your radiators. In the case of larger radiators, this can mean a minimum of four people.

Palletised deliveries are undertaken by an independent haulage company using an HGV. The haulage company will attempt to deliver the pallet(s) to the closest kerbside of your property. The drivers are unable to remove items from the pallet, or to carry items into a customer’s property due to their insurance. If there is restricted access to a vehicle over 7.5tonne then the customer must make this clear in writing before delivery is arranged. You must make sure there is someone at the property on the agreed delivery date and be available to answer any phone calls from the courier company. An additional redelivery charge of the agreed original delivery cost may be payable for subsequent rearranged deliveries.

The third-party courier delivery times are between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday. Subject to availability, timed and/or Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional charge.

A standard pallet can hold up to four radiators under the length of 120cm and costs £126.00 (inc VAT).
